I feel like I have a partner in making sure Salesforce and our team works best.
I love working with Lidi and her team. She takes complicated concepts and breaks them down so non-technical people can understand them. She took the time to learn about our business and came up with solutions that work with how we use Salesforce, which is different from the "out of the box" way Salesforce is used.

Commonly asked CRM questions
Since I started my business I have worked with Salesforce, Keap (used to be Infusionsoft), Insightly, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Hubspot and Active Campaign. At the core, all CRMs have a database with Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities. Before working with CRM systems I was a software engineer with exposure to different roles in this industry. It is this extensive experience that will be working on your behalf, if you choose to work with us.
Our process is broken into three phases: Design, Develop and Deliver. You can find out more about what happens in each phase in this link.
It depends on the size of the business and the goals of the organization. If the goal of the project is focused on the sales pipeline, we can work on it over a 3 month period. If you want to incorporate other areas of the organization and other business processes beyond sales, then it will most likely take more time to implement the system.
First you need to schedule a call to discuss scope of work, schedule and budget. We will send you a proposal. Once your down payment is received, we can host our kickoff meeting.
We are a good fit to work together if you know that you need a CRM and your time is more valuable moving your business forward than figuring out the technical details of how to configure the CRM for your organization. I take an educational approach in my process, helping you and your team to learn the system during our work together.
