Taught us some tips and tricks in Salesforce
Project Self-Sufficiency contracted with CRM Growth Strategy, as a Salesforce consultant, for a Lightening migration project for our nonprofit database. Lidi is very knowledgeable in her role and I worked with her on planning and preparation. During that time she asked thoughtful questions, took detailed notes and shared with me, and held two training sessions with our team, once the migration occurred. She taught us some tips and tricks in Salesforce and created videos that we can reuse for training and process documentation. I appreciate Lidi's expertise and wonderful energy! Thank you for your work with our nonprofit!

Commonly asked questions
It depends on the size of the business and the goals of the organization. If the goal of the project is focused on the sales pipeline, we can work on it over a 3 month period. If you want to incorporate other areas of the organization and other business processes beyond sales, then it will most likely take more time to implement the system.
We are a good fit to work together if you know that you need a CRM and your time is more valuable moving your business forward than figuring out the technical details of how to configure the CRM for your organization. I take an educational approach in my process, helping you and your team to learn the system during our work together.
