CRM Growth Strategy is a boutique Salesforce CRM Consulting organization based in Lakewood, CO.  Our goal is to help business owners align their Salesforce CRM configuration with their business, making it easier for them to track sales activities, revenue, and interactions with customers.

CRM Support Specialist – Part Time US Remote

You’ll be helping configure and validate CRM platforms for our clients. Sound Scary?  Don’t worry, you will start out behind the scenes, learning about our projects by testing changes and updating documentation.  When you’re ready we’ll get you working directly with clients so they learn to trust you.  After implementation we support our clients with training, administration and updates.  There is a lot to do around here!

Show us your:

  • Two years of experience working with Salesforce in a help desk, customer support or user administration role.
  • Naturally detail oriented – nothing slips through the cracks!
  • Refined verbal and email communication – nearly perfect spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to understand how a change in one system can impact other systems.
  • Strong time manager with the ability to prioritize on the fly so that everything gets done.
  • Intellectual curiosity – always digging into new features and how they can benefit your clients.
  • Excitement about being part of a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Availability to work about 20 hours per week during normal business hours – not in addition to a full-time job.

Our team members enjoy:

  • Hourly rate of between $30 and $40 per our depending on experience
  • Ability to work from the comfort of your home office
